corporate identity development for residential building «Rodonitovy» in Ekaterinburg.

The clubhouse «Rodonitovy» is 26-storey comfort-class residential building in the center of the Botanical micro-district.

The distinctive features of the house are detailed layouts that take into account aesthetics, practicality and comfort.
THE CLIENT
The development of the house identity which will emphasize its status. The peculiarity of the house is the premium status and the architecture that stands out against the background of the dotted flat buildings of this area.
THE OBJECTIVE
Identity should not only emphasize a special status but also correctly transmit to the consumer the values embedded in it — a highly comfortable standard of living, modernity, and elitism.
The project was developed and we proposed several conceptual solutions for identity.
The basic principle behind that is the cleanliness of forms, simplicity, stability, status.
CONCEPT
The visual solution of the logo, corporate elements, and the font is based on pure light shapes, thin fonts, and lines. Elitism is emphasized through the integrated use of all these elements.
The project was developed and we proposed several conceptual solutions for identity.

The main version of the logo. It consists of a character and a font. The sign is solved in the form of a diamond with the imitation of gold, which refers to premium and status.
Additional options with a horizontal arrangement, developed mainly for polygraphy and various printing methods.
The color scheme of the project is restrained and it includes colors from the logo.
Several variants of the pattern have been developed, in the visual solution of which were incorporated the motives of the project's theme — an elite house in a typical flat micro-district and a large amount of greenery and plantings, as a feature of this area.

The created logo organically fits into the interiors of the house and the exterior navigation objects.
Corporate identity is supposed to be used on all sorts of printing media: promotional materials, business cards, business documentation.
POLYGRAPHY
Alternatively, we developed a version that was inspired by the Portuguese city of Porto, which actively uses icons as the main style-forming element.
ADDITIONAL OPTION
The logo was developed using pictography, which is based on the key elements of the location of the house - the Botanical micro-district.
The graphics of the logo, the use of thin lines, the lightness and geometry of the font show the premium and high status of the house.

The color scheme of the project is restrained, with the prevalence of warm pastel shades.
The corporate pattern also includes key icons identifying the Botanic micro-district in which the house is located.

It is possible to compile the composition and variants of the icons depending on the specific communicative task.
The developed identity for the clubhouse in the Botanical micro-district satisfies all the tasks that were originally set by the customer.

The conceptual and graphical solution of the main and additional options of identity perform their communicative functions, conveying the exclusive and premium status of the house.
